Hi everyone, I’m crisPlease, a game designer-freelacer. I’ve been actively learning Unity for the past few years to bring my little project to life, and present it to you, so here we go!


Dusty Tale

The action takes place in a post-apocalyptic toxic world. After choosing your character and their starting equipment, you will engage in short, turn-based battles between two teams (1v1, 2v2, and 3v3 players). By implementing your strategy, you can attack enemies using available skills or maneuver by picking up items.


Characters:
At the moment, there are three of them. A Battle Doll named Yandy, a Robot named Cupcake, and an old Dark Mage  Luc. Each of them has a basic attack ability and three unique abilities of their own.




Items:
The choice of equipment for now is just the item you will have at the start of the battle, but later, it will influence certain interactions in the game. You can check the level of your items in the main menu, and this level can be upgraded by unlocking chests that you earn from winning battles.



Battle:
Before each turn, players will have 8 seconds to choose their actions, after which the clash will occur. Your team must defeat all the characters on the enemy team. If your character is defeated, don’t give up - trust your teammate, they still have a chance to lead the team to victory.


Rage:
Every action you choose is accompanied by a certain level of rage. Rage determines turn initiative and the strength of your attack. Depending on the situation, your items, or the chosen ability, having a higher or lower rage level may be beneficial to you.



Achievements:
For victories in battles, you will receive chests, from which you have a chance to get rewards. At the moment, these include item level upgrades and new avatars.


Summary:
I created this project solo, so I kindly ask for your understanding. It is still in development. I did my best to fix most of the bugs, but I realize that some may still have slipped through unnoticed. I also understand that the mechanics and balance are not perfect, but with your feedback, I will continue to improve the game. Thank you for your attention!
